As a new member of the Myriad team, I look forward to being able to assist and support clients with their R&D tax queries whilst delivering the best possible service.
Before joining Myriad, Rochelle worked for Tax Refund Group, a company which specialises in self-assessment tax refunds for individuals within the care sector. She managed a small team of customer service advisors who supported the clients with their day-to-day tax queries and tax rebate claims. In addition to gaining knowledge with PAYE Tax, Rochelle has also gained over ten years’ experience within customer service. So, when the opportune moment came to join the Myriad team, she saw this as an excellent opportunity to use both skill sets in Tax and Customer services.
