Location: Working from our head office based in Market Harborough.
Hours: This is a part-time role requiring 20 to 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Specific working hours can be discussed to accommodate mutual flexibility.
Salary: £14.50 per hour + 5% employer pension + 25 days holiday
The ideal candidate for the Client Services Assistant role will be confident, self-motivated, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. A minimum of two years’ experience in a client services role, ideally within a B2B environment, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
